Miley Cyrus and Alicia Keys made their debut as new coaches on The Voice in a special sneak preview episode on Sunday night.

The stars joined veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton on the hit singing competition show and will battle it out to secure the most talented performers for their own teams.

And they did not waste time in taking on the guys as they jumped on stage to each perform duets with one of the talented hopefuls.

And Kim Kardashian's dedicated fitness and diet regime showed itself in all its glory as she stepped out on Sunday to attend a fundraiser for AIDS in Beverly Hills.

The 35-year-old displayed her sculpted legs in an oversize Westside Connection T-shirt and ripped denim shorts.

'This is a small token of our appreciation and to help you continue sharing the love - enclosed is a wallet for you filled with Arch cards for your parents, siblings, Kanye and of course, yourself.

Kim's trip to In-N-Out on Sunday comes after her husband Kanye West wrote a poem about McDonald's.

The 39-year-old rapper penned the ode to the fast-food chain for Frank Ocean's magazine Boys Don't Cry, which was released alongside his new album Blonde, and called it The McDonald's Man.

Mummy's little mermaid! Swimsuit-clad Tamara Ecclestone plants a sweet kiss on daughter Sophia as they enjoy a pool day in LA

Her inseparable bond with her daughter was well in evidence on Thursday afternoon during a poolside appearance in Los Angeles.

As temperatures continued to soar across southern California Tamara Ecclestone planted a loving kiss on two-year old Sophia after wading into the cool water for a refreshing dip.

The brunette looked stunning in a white swimsuit that served to accentuate her toned frame while splashing around with the youngster – her only child with husband Jay Rutland.

The doting mother ensured her daughter was by her side at all times as they made their way around the pool after emerging from their hotel - and she saw the funny side as Sophia gamely tested the water with her toe. 

Social media fan Tamara later took pictures of Sophia waist deep in water with her mobile phone - discernible by virtue of the case bearing a picture of herself.

Taking to Instagram later that day she shared a cute shot of the youngster cooling off in an inflatable pool.

After spending some time with her two tots, North and Saint, it was time to let loose a little on her Mexican vacation.

Kim Kardashian, who is currently vacationing in Punta Mita with pals, made it a girls' day as she headed down to the beach in a clingy bright orange dress on Thursday.

Kim showed off her impressive weight loss in the skimpy number which accentuated her hourglass curves.

The mother-of-two wore her hair in three beachy braids and donned colourful sunglasses as she strolled down to the water with her pal Jasmine Sanders and a couple of other friends.

Kim then grabbed a life jacket but didn't seem to put it to use when she hopped on the back of a jet ski to head over to a sleek yacht.

Surrounded by her girlfriends Kim was pictured sipping on a drink as she took in views while chilling out on the deck. 

The TV star can't stop raving about how much she loves her new slimmed down body after losing 70 pounds.

But the KUWTK star is no doubt pleased the pounds haven't dropped off her famous booty.

The curvy reality star jiggled her ample derriere in a figure-hugging orange ensemble while sharing the view with the world via Snapchat. 

Shocking scenes of city centre drunkenness and violence as teenagers celebrate A level results (or drown their sorrows)

These are the shocking scenes in Birmingham City Centre last night as thousands of pupils marked the end of their school life with a huge party. 

The pubs and clubs of the student city put on A level results parties to help celebrate the good news and drown the sorrows for pupils who may not have got the grades they wanted.  

Thousands of Birmingham students descended on the city centre but the night did not end well for all, as pictures show fights, vomiting and falls as the teenagers stumbled home. 

Some friends were forced to pick their fellow partygoers up as the night drew to a messy close in Broad Street. 

Popular city centre nightclub PRZYM held an 'End of the World' themed night and encouraged punters to party like there was no tomorrow.

Teenagers partied into the small hours of the night in Snobs nightclub in Smallbrook Queensway and Six on Broad Street, which offer free entry and drinks to 'social media reps' who sold tickets to pals through Facebook. 

Results day on August 18 this year was the first year the overall pass rate, of grades A* to E, has fallen in England, Wales and Northern Ireland since 1982. 

Despite the chaotic images, emergency services insisted they were no busier than any other night in the student city. 

A spokesman from West Midlands Ambulance service said: ‘It was no different to any other night for us to be honest. 

'We had a busy day overall but the hot weather is more likely to have been the cause. We didn’t plan anything additional for it.’ 

A spokesman for Birmingham Police also said there was little difference in the level of patrols in the city centre.

The spokesman said: 'The reality is that we always have officers patrolling popular clubbing spots in the city centre and yesterday was no different.

'Thursday is student night in Birmingham anyway, so it’s always 'busy' in that sense.'
